Today felt like school picture day, and none of the pictures we took worked.  And then my husband had to run back into the yard to stop our dinner on bbq from burning. So I set up the tripod and still nothing seemed to work, partly because I had a 4 year running around my ankles and in and out of shots.  But I wanted to take a picture of my new "to me" leopard flats, so I took the best we got and tried to photoshop it a bit.

The shoes were  a vintage store find on Main Street. They were $25.  My first ever used shoe purchase. But they look almost like new and fit fantastic.   And I've been keeping my eye for a great, and non-boring, pair of flats that I can wear to work.

So if you squint just right you'll see my outfit. Clearly this was the last shot I took before the car came down the alley and I had to put away my tripod in frustration.

  • Black Tunic - too old to remember
  • Skinny trousers - Banana Rebublic
  • Necklace - Green Sapphire
  • Shoes - Vintage
  • Ring - Lemon Park

And a close up of the shoes.  And yes, taking pictures of your own shoes while on your own feet is challenging. Again the 4 year old in the background playing with the tripod was just a bit distracting.
