The Vancouver Circle Craft Christmas Market starts today. I know. I know. Jack-o-lanterns are still sitting on some front yards (I know ours are).  But with the Santa Claus parade right around the corner, we have to accept the fact that it is November.  And that means that the Holiday season has begun.

To top it all off  "they" are predicting a colder than usual winter across Canada this year. I don't know who "they" are, but after the last few winters I think it is time to stock up on some warm (and stylish) scarfs, hats and mittens.   And Circle Craft is the place to do just that.

I love knitwear, and am insanely jealous of people who can knit and can make such unique and cozy items.   Olena Zylak is one such Canadian artisan.    Her designs are handmade in Canada using imported yarns.  The results are cozy, colourful and luxurious all at the same time.  Who says we can't look stylish while staying warm.

If you can't make it out to Circle Craft you can check out Olena Zylak online and in retailers across the country.

And yes, I do realize that I live in the mildest region of Canada. But it still gets cold(ish) here too.
